CONDITIONS
Please contact us by email wherever possible. We will respond promptly and personally.
Booking: Your booking is guaranteed and confirmed once we receive your deposit, paid securely by credit card via STRIPE. The deposit is 30% of the stay, and you will receive confirmation by email.
Cottage capacity:
The Gîte la Prairie has a 160x200 bed for 2 people and a 140x200 sofa bed where 2 people can sleep.
Gîte la Prairie only has one baby cot.
Gîte la Borie has one 140 x 190 cm bed for 2 people. The number of guests in the cottages must not exceed the stated capacity of each cottage. The owners reserve the right to refuse any additional guests not included in the booking. This is for reasons of comfort, insurance and Atout France certification.
Pets: Small dogs only. They must remain under their owners’ supervision, including—and especially—with regard to cleaning up after them. Please note that the property is not fenced. Pets must not be left alone in the accommodation. Please be aware that you may be held liable for any damage caused by your pet. Please check that your insurance policy covers your liability as the owner of a domestic animal.
Housekeeping: Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation during their stay.
Final payment: The remaining balance of the rental amount must be paid by the guest no later than check-in. Payment can be made on site by credit card, cash or holiday vouchers.
Length of stay: Under no circumstances may the guest claim any right to remain in the accommodation after the end of the stay.
Check-in and check-out: check-in at the cottage is from 4 pm and check-out is by 11 am at the latest. Guests must notify us if they expect to arrive late or at a different time.
Internet: Free internet access is available throughout the property and in the cottages. By accepting the terms and conditions, you agree that we may disclose your contact details upon express request from the relevant authorities. Internet access is limited to browsing web pages and emails (no downloads).
Damage and deterioration: All damage caused to the cottages, both inside and out, will be charged to the tenants and/or their visitors. Any damage must be reported to the owners.
Liability: Use of the spa and outdoor areas is permitted, provided they are used responsibly. The owners accept no liability for damage or injury affecting guests, their visitors or their belongings. Guests must inform the owners of any visitors.
Booking information: Bookings are made exclusively through our website via Stripe, with secure credit card payment. Your booking will be confirmed as soon as possible by email. A condition report will be completed at check-in and check-out.
Security Deposit: No later than upon moving in, the Tenant shall provide the Landlord with a security deposit of €250 to cover any damage to the property, its furnishings, and other items caused by the Tenant, as well as any loss of keys or other items. The security deposit will be returned to the Tenant on the day of departure, less any deductions for the aforementioned damage. The security deposit may be made by check payable to the Landlord, by credit card authorization via SWIKLY (AMEX, Maestro, Electron, or prepaid cards are not accepted), or in cash. The Landlord will return the deposit subject to a satisfactory inventory and condition report upon return of the keys.
Contract: The contract is drawn up in French and is governed exclusively by French law. For our English- and Spanish-speaking guests, we also provide translations of the contract, house rules and spa rules, as well as the accommodation description.
