Booking: Your booking will be guaranteed and confirmed upon receipt of your deposit by C.B. via STRIPE totally secured. The deposit represents 30% of the stay and you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Capacity of the lodgings: The Gîte la Prairie has a bed 160x200 for 2 people and a sofa bed 140x200 where 2 people can sleep. The Gîte la Prairie has only one baby bed. The Gîte la Borie has a bed 140x190 for 2 persons. The number of persons in the gîtes cannot exceed the capacity mentioned for each gîte and the owners reserve the right to refuse any excess persons not foreseen. This is for reasons of comfort, insurance and the Atout France label.
Animals: Only small size dogs are welcome and remain under the responsibility of their owners. For your information the property is not fenced. It is forbidden to leave pets alone in the accommodation. Be careful though! If your pet causes damage, you could be held responsible. In this respect, it is advisable to check in your insurance contract that your liability as a pet owner is covered.
Cleaning: You are responsible for the cleaning of the accommodation during your stay.
Payment of the balance The balance of the rent will be paid by the Tenant at the latest on entering the accommodation. The Tenant will make this payment by C.B. or in cash on the spot.
Duration of the stay The taker will not be able in any circumstances to take advantage of any right to stay in the place at the end of the stay.
Entrance and exit: the entrance to the Gîte is from 4 p.m. and the exit no later than 11 a.m. The tenant is required to inform in case of late or delayed arrival. Internet
We provide free internet access on the property and in the gîtes via Hot spot" Clic and Surf". High speed and Prime Video . By accepting the general terms and conditions, you agree that we can communicate your contact details on express request of the competent authorities. The use of the internet network is limited to the consultation of web pages and emails (no downloading).
Damage and deterioration: All damage caused to the gîtes, both inside and outside, will be charged to the tenants and/or their possible visitors. Any damage must be reported to the owners. Liability:
The use of the spa and outdoor areas is free and remains conditioned to an adequate use. The responsibility of the owners cannot be engaged in case of damages exercised against the tenants, their visitors and their property.
Tenants must report any visitors.

The inventory of fixtures will be carried out at the entrance and exit.
Security deposit: At the latest on entering the premises, the Tenant shall pay the Landlord a security deposit of 250 Euros to cover any damage and/or deterioration of the accommodation and furniture and furnishings caused by the Tenant, as well as the loss of keys or other objects. The security deposit will be returned to the Tenant on the day of his departure, after deduction of any sums covering the damage and/or damage mentioned above. The security deposit may be made up by credit or debit card preauthorization via SWIKLY (AMEX, Maestro, electron cards or prepaid cards are not accepted) or in cash, which the Landlord will return subject to an inventory and a compliant inventory of fixtures when the keys are returned.
Rental agreement: It is made in French and only French law is applicable. For our foreign customers English and Spanish we add the translation of the contract, the rules and regulations and the spa as well as the description of the accommodation.
